Boot Camp Led by a qualified instructor, participants perform a series of exercises using, skipping ropes, steps and Body weight to improve both lower and upper body weight to improve both lower and upper body strength, agility abdominal strength and flexibilty.

Aqua Fit A Refreshing alternative to traditional aerobics, with minimal impact. The class offers both cardiovascular and muscular gains by using natural resistance of the water.
