Stretch & Relax This class includes holding poses for several minutes to help to stretch the body and calm the nervous system. The end of the class is dedicated to a meditation session, so you leave the class feeling refreshed, balanced and ready to take on the days ahead

Aqua Therapy Aqua Therapy is a water based class that helps with physical rehabilitation, improves mobility, strength and fitness and other therapeutic benefit. Exercise performed in the water can bring relief to those who suffer from various neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders.

Aqua Fit " Aqua aerobics, is a form of low impact exercise carried out in water. These classes are suitable for everyone regardless of age or ability, combining aqua aerobic exercises with strength and conditioning moves, to give you a full body workout."

Boot Camp Boot Camp help to tone your entire body. The exercises are designed to work all of the major muscle groups in your body. This helps to ensure that you see results quickly. In addition, Bootcamps offer a variety of exercises that help improve balance and coordination. This is a great workout if you’re looking for something that will help improve your overall fitness.

H.I.I.T It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.
