FITIN30
FITIN30 is a 30 minute small group training circuits based class either held on the gym floor or in the studio - Circuit classes are high energy and fast-paced workout that can help tone your body, shed fat and involves moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time, with rest periods between or at the end of each full circuit completion.

Aqua Therapy is a water based class that helps with physical rehabilitation, improves mobility, strength and fitness and other therapeutic benefit. Exercise performed in the water can bring relief to those who suffer from various neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders.
