Lift Out of Order:

Unfortunately our lift is out of order which is restricting access to the gym for customers requiring lift assistance. We are working with the building management company to resolve this as soon as possible.

Main Pool Update:

There is currently no shallow water sessions in our Main Pool due to a technical fault. All our public swims will take place in deep water (2 metres deep) and at a 25m pool length.

Whether you're following our Learn, Perform, or Strong programme, these Caramelised Apple Oats will give you the tasty, slow-release energy you need — and keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Servings: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Perfect for breakfast, post-workout recovery, or any time you want a nourishing, energy-packed bowl!
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 80g rolled oats
  • Honey, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 120g Greek yoghurt (0% fat or your preferred type)
  • 1 teaspoon nut butter - peanut, almond or cashew butter (optional)
  • 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder (optional)

Step 1 – Caramelise the apple:
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped apple and cook for 3–5 minutes until soft and golden.

Step 2 – Cook the oats:
Add the oats to the pan and drizzle in honey. Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until the oats are thick and sticky.

If using protein powder, add it now with a splash of water or milk to mix smoothly.

Step 3 – Add flavour:
Stir in the cinnamon and mix until evenly coated.

Step 4 – Assemble:
Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a bowl, top with the caramelised oats, and finish with nut butter of your choice.
