Circuits In a circuits training, you move round the room trying different exercises and activities for short periods of time, taking on cardio, resistance and strength training activities at various stations. Circuit is a fantastic workout that’s great for everyone, regardless of fitness level

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Monday from 12pm until 1pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
